Request Your School’s Medical Rate Quote
Medical rates are determined by your school’s individual demographics and health risk, while benefiting from the purchasing power and pooled risk of the larger PSFCA Health Plan. Renewal rates reflect the overall performance of the association, with rate tiers that recognize favorable claims experience and help protect schools with higher claims.
To receive your school’s customized medical rate quote, complete the Medical Rate Quote Sheet and email it to Bryan Turner at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) at bryan.turner@MarshMMA.com.
Please allow 3–5 business days to receive your quote.
Received Your Medical Rates Proposal – What Next?
Membership in the Primrose Schools Franchisee Cooperative Alliance (PSFCA) is required to participate in the Association Health Plan and/or Retirement Plan.
A one-time membership fee of $750 per school is required to join PSFCA. Participating schools must also commit to an initial two-year membership period. Schools that withdraw during this initial commitment period will be subject to a two-year waiting period before becoming eligible to rejoin.
These participation requirements are established by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) as part of the Association Health Plan’s underwriting and eligibility guidelines.
Benefit Connector Training Tools and Website Access
Benefit Connector is a tool for Franchise Owners and a tool for employees.
For Franchise Owners, American Benefit Services—acting as the TPA—uses the Benefit Connector platform to (a) bill and collect premiums, (b) coordinate and streamline payments to all carriers, and (c) provide robust reporting tools to support plan management and oversight.
For employees, Benefit Connector serves as the online enrollment platform for the PSFHP, allowing them to review benefit options, compare plans, and make elections electronically. The system is designed to be user-friendly and efficient, eliminating paper forms and streamlining the enrollment process.
